On recommendation from gougou, watched this Youtube video called 日本の形 - 鮨 which you should watch too! 是非是非ですね。It's hilarious. You might not get all the jokes if you haven't lived in Japan, but it's still ridiculously funny! And no, you better not follow the steps in the video if you go to a real sushi place...
